Trail Riding

Many Riders ride the trails at Saddle& Sirloin on a regular basis. The Club has over 326 acres with 55 miles of trails that travers woods and pastures with creek crossings, picnic areas, and scenic views. Each year the Outrider programs sponsors both on-property and off-property rides for riders to enjoy at least twice a month. These rides are trail-riding "get-togethers" for fun, fellowship, and trail riding.

Special trail rides may include a scavenger hunt, a hunter pace, a loop race, a poker rider, a wine-tasting rise, and other fun "on the trail" activities. In addition, there are scheduled "fun days" or fun gymkhana competitions as part of the Outrider program.

Each year, both men and ladies enjoy the two traditionally rides, most of which take place off property. Riders haul their horses to a fun and scenic destination for trail riding. Saddle & Sirloin sponsors the Men's and Ladies' Spring and Fall Rides, which often accommodate anywhere from 25-60 participants. Fall rides tend to be more local/regional, taking trailering into account.
